Terms of Service
TAT Analyzer — internal application
Effective from: 19 September 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the “TAT Analyzer” web application (the “Application”; available at https://tatanalyzer.sightagency.com), an internal tool made available by Roche (Magyarország) Kft. (the “Provider”) exclusively to the authorised employees and contracted users of the Roche group (the “User”). The Application is operated and maintained by Sight Innovative Kft. on behalf of the Provider.
By signing in to or using the Application, the User accepts these Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms, they must not access or use the Application.
1. Eligibility and access
- The Application is private and intended solely for internal business use by authorised users of the Roche group; it is not available to the general public.
- Access is granted by invitation only and requires sign-in with an approved corporate identity (single sign-on / Google).
- Access rights — including the User’s role and the territories and data the User may see — are assigned by an administrator and may be changed, suspended or revoked at any time.
- The User must not attempt to access the Application, or any data within it, that they are not authorised to access.
2. Acceptable use
The User agrees to:
- use the Application only for legitimate internal business purposes of the Roche group, in accordance with applicable law and the Provider’s internal policies;
- keep their sign-in credentials confidential and not share their account or access with any other person;
- not attempt to circumvent authentication, authorisation or security controls, nor to access, copy, alter or disrupt the Application or its data beyond their authorisation;
- not use the Application to process data unlawfully or for any purpose incompatible with its intended use;
- promptly report any suspected security incident, unauthorised access or data breach to the administrator.
3. Confidential and business data
The Application contains confidential business information of the Roche group, including laboratory turnaround-time measurements, customer and account data and related commercial information. The User must:
- treat all such information as confidential;
- use it only as necessary for the performance of their work;
- not disclose, publish, export or transfer it to any unauthorised person or system, whether inside or outside the Roche group, except as permitted by their role and the Provider’s policies.
4. Intellectual property
The Application, including its source code, design, structure and content, is the property of the Provider and/or its operator and licensors, and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership right to the User; the User receives only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Application for the permitted internal purposes.
5. Data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the Application is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Application, the User acknowledges that Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and “as is” provision
The Application is an internal tool provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, carry out maintenance on, or discontinue all or part of the Application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider and the operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This clause does not affect the allocation of responsibility under the User’s employment or contractual relationship with the Roche group.
8. Suspension and termination
The Provider may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Application at any time — in particular upon the termination of the User’s employment or contractual relationship, in the event of a breach of these Terms, or for security or operational reasons.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms from time to time, with effect for the future. The Terms in force at any given time are available within the Application. Continued use of the Application after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Application falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the User’s employment or contractual relationship.
11. Contact
Questions regarding the Application or these Terms may be directed to the system administrator. For data-protection matters, please see the Privacy Policy or contact dialoghu@roche.com.
Effective from: 19 September 2026.
